Our portfolio of brands comprises of Key (the Adviser) More2Life (the Lender) and Air (Adviser software service).\nWe are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and performance of our systems.\nThis role is focused on test automation, primarily across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to ensure that new features and updates are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard.\nYou will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast paced, regulated environment.\nMain role & responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain automated test scripts for business systems\n\nWork closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approaches\n\nCarry out functional, regression, integration and performance testing\n\nIdentify, log and track defects, supporting resolution with development teams\n\nIntegrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)\n\nDevelop and improve automation frameworks, particularly in low code environments\n\nMonitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics\n\nKeep up to date with best practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and testing tools\n\nSkills & experience we look for\nExperience in software testing or QA, with a focus on automation\n\nExperience writing or maintaining automated test scripts\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform\n\nUnderstanding of testing types such as regression, integration and performance\n\nExperience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nMost of all we look for people who display and work around the core values of our business:\nAmbitious - to break ground to help our customers enjoy a better retirement.\nSupportive - relationships are key to everything we do.\nPersonal - going above and beyond to offer exceptional service.\nIntegrity - honest, true and transparent in all of our relationships.\nResponsive - whatever the challenge we’ll deliver the right result.\nExpert - experts in our field, our thirst for knowledge never stops.\nBenefits:\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
