The main purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional service to our lifetime mortgage customers in all aspects of their dealings with More2Life.\nMain role & responsibilities:\nWorking on the inbound and outbound telephone support line for More2Life customers\nLogging calls notes on CRM system\nLiaising with other servicing teams depending on customer requirements\nHandle all enquiries in a professional, positive and prompt manner.\nRequired skills & abilities\nExcellent software skills, particularly Outlook & Word (Excel and Adobe also preferred).\nAbility to multi-task and manage own workload in a fast paced environment.\nExperience of working within a telephone based customer service led environment with inbound and outbound calls.\nExperience of working in the Financial Services industry, and in particular the mortgage administration and processing would be preferred but is not essential.\nFirst class communication skills, both written and verbal.\nMost of all we look for people who display and work around the core values of our business:\nAmbitious - to break ground to help our customers enjoy a better retirement.\nSupportive - relationships are key to everything we do.\nPersonal - going above and beyond to offer exceptional service.\nIntegrity - honest, true and transparent in all of our relationships.\nResponsive - whatever the challenge we’ll deliver the right result.\nExpert - experts in our field, our thirst for knowledge never stops\nBenefits:\n23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
