That is the entire job.\nYou log into the CRM, you click dial, and the dialer does the rest. You talk, you qualify, you book, and you make sure they show up.\nYou are booking consultations with founders and marketing leaders at 7, 8 and 9 figure ecommerce brands.\nWhat you're responsible for\n100 dials per day minimum. Our best setters do more.\n7 booked appointments per week. That is the floor to keep the seat, not the target.\n15 booked appointments per week. That is what a producing setter looks like.\nA 70%+ show rate. Booking the call is half the job. Getting them to actually show up is the other half.\nYour own confirmations and your own no-show rebooking. If someone ghosts, that is your appointment to save.\nWho we are looking for\nYou have booked at least 50 appointments in the past, or have personally closed at least $50,000 in the past\nYou are hungry to earn a high income\nYou can work EST hours (EST)\nThis is full time. You are not running an agency, freelancing, or building something else on the side\nYou have clear, confident spoken English and you are comfortable being on the phone all day\nYou claim unreasonable accountability for everything that happens in your life\nCompensation\nBase: $1,000 USD/month\n$60 USD for every appointment that shows\nYou are paid on shows, not bookings. An appointment that does not sit is worth nothing to either of us.
