In this fixed-term role, you’ll work closely with the Programme Director and delivery teams to keep planning, reporting, controls and governance clear, consistent and up to date.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex delivery and can apply solid PMO practice in a live programme environment.\nAccountabilities\nProvide programme-level PMO services across reporting, governance, risk, benefits, dependencies, resource demand, cost forecasting and quality management.\nMaintain programme plans, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria and review cycles so decisions and approvals are recorded and tracked to date.\nPrepare governance reporting and executive papers for SteerCo, ExCo, Board and external stakeholder forums.\nTrack programme costs, actuals and forecasts with Finance and support monitoring of benefits set out in the business case.\nManage programme-wide risks and internal and external dependencies, including supporting dependency workshops and tracking mitigation actions.\nWork with suppliers and internal teams such as Risk, Technology and TPRM to maintain clear supplier governance and reporting.\nMaintain a structured store for key programme artefacts in line with the Change Framework Information Management Standard.\nSupport adoption of the Change Framework across the Substitution programme through guidance, coaching and continuous improvement activity.\nQualifications, Skills and Experience\nDegree-level education in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.\nRelevant PMO or PPM qualification, or equivalent practical experience.\nSignificant experience leading PMO services for large, complex programmes with budgets in the tens of millions or more.\nExperience producing governance, reporting, risk, dependency and financial tracking for senior decision-making forums.\nExperience working with delivery suppliers and internal business control functions within a structured change framework.\nPay.UK Behaviours\nAt Pay.UK, our behaviours are central to who we are and how we operate.
