Pluto was a finalist for Specialist Agency of the Year at Agency of the Year 2025.\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Account & Project Manager who can take ownership of client relationships and ensure that projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis position combines account servicing with hands-on project management. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into clear briefs and coordinating internal team members and specialist freelancers.\n\nYou will work directly with the Director and manage projects across social media, creative design, video, digital marketing and campaign reporting.\n\nThis is a suitable role for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable making decisions without requiring constant supervision.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage day-to-day client communication, requests and expectations\n\nTranslate client requirements into clear internal briefs\n\nDevelop project timelines and monitor deadlines\n\nCoordinate designers, copywriters, performance marketers, developers and other freelancers\n\nEnsure deliverables are complete, accurate and ready before client submission\n\nMaintain project trackers, task status and resource schedules\n\nLead internal project check-ins and follow up on outstanding work\n\nIdentify delays, risks and scope changes early\n\nManage client feedback and coordinate revisions\n\nSupport campaign reporting, presentations and monthly meetings\n\nMaintain organised project files and documentation\n\nEscalate commercial, strategic or sensitive client issues to the Director\n\nSupport multiple client accounts while maintaining consistent delivery standards\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least three years of experience in account servicing, project management or campaign management\n\nPrevious experience in a digital, creative, advertising or integrated agency\n\nGood understanding of social media, creative production, video and digital campaign workflows\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent organisation, time management and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\n\nComfortable coordinating permanent team members and freelancers\n\nAble to work independently, follow through on commitments and take ownership of outcomes\n\nProficient in Google Workspace and project-management tools such as Trello, Slack or similar platforms\n\nGood command of English\n\nHealthcare, pharmaceutical or
