Assist in building financial decks & presentations for the purpose of the Board / Investor review.\n10. Develop & mentor team of able subordinates to enable achieving deliverables.\nBanking & Treasury\n1. Fund raising from local banks- pre-sanction & post disbursement documentation & compliances.\n2. Weekly fund flow preparation. Ensure that adequate fund allocation & flow is available for smooth operations.\nLocal Compliances\n1. Tax planning basis budgets at start of each year, Handling & closing tax dept audits with optimization of Statutory Compliances & local Account finalization.\n2. Handling local Auditors.\nRequirements\nQualifications and Experience\n Willingness to travel to Senegal and across Ivory Coast as required during the trading season.\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of finance experience in a commodities or trading business in Ivory Coast.\nExperience arranging financing with local banks and managing the related documentation and compliance requirements.\nProficiency in ERP systems, accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.\nKnowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
