You will support our consumer snack brand, including direct-to-consumer (D2C) activities, and our business-to-business (B2B) operations through marketing, communications, client engagement, partnership development and commercial initiatives.\nWorking with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to campaigns, research, content development and project delivery while developing your understanding of brand strategy and business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Brand Strategy & Planning\nAssist in developing brand communication strategies aligned with organisational objectives.\nConduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer insight studies.\nSupport brand positioning and messaging across relevant channels.\nTrack brand performance metrics and prepare reports.\n2. Campaign Development & Execution\nContribute to campaign ideation, concept development and execution across relevant channels.\nDevelop content for brand campaigns, social media and marketing materials.\nCoordinate with design teams, agencies and vendors to support campaign delivery.\nMonitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations .\n3. Public Relations & Communications\nSupport public relations activities, including media engagement, press release preparation and event coordination.\nAssist with coordination involving PR agencies and media partners.\nContribute to communications planning and reputation management activities under appropriate guidance.\nSupport internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.\n4. Digital & Social Media\nSupport social media strategy, content planning and community management.\nCreate content for relevant digital platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.\nMonitor social media trends and suggest appropriate engagement opportunities.\nAnalyse digital performance metrics and contribute to recommendations for improvement.\n5. Experience\nEssential\nA Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business or a related field.\nRelevant internships, work experience in marketing, communications, advertising, PR
