working closely with a tight-knit, experienced team.\nWhat You'll Do as the Project Manager:\nManage commercial and multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through closeout\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project documentation\nCoordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams\nReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders\nManage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, contracts, and performance\nMonitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project\nIdentify potential schedule, cost, and constructability issues and work proactively to resolve them\nLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders\nPartner closely with field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality standards\nManage project closeout, punch lists, documentation, and turnover\nMust-Haves as the Project Manager:\n3-7+ years of experience in construction project management or a related role\nStrong understanding of commercial or multi-family construction\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams\nProficiency with Excel and general construction/project-management software\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward\nNice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:\nDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field\nPrior field experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, or similar position\nExperience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout\nFamiliarity with the Greater Portland subcontractor and vendor market\nExperience with commercial and multi-family projects of varying size and
