feeders, branch systems, underground rough-in, lighting, devices, equipment, and specialty systems\nMaintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and jobsite safety\nConduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standards\nReview project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements\nTrack project progress through daily logs and production reporting\nCoordinate closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and field leadership\nAssist with material planning, procurement coordination, and short-term scheduling\nMentor apprentices, helpers, and junior electricians in the field\nSupport safe, profitable, and efficient project completion from start to finish\nMust-Haves as the Commercial Electrical Foreman / Project Superintendent:\n5+ years of commercial electrical construction leadership experience\nProven experience leading crews and managing commercial electrical projects independently\nStrong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installations, and field operations\nExperience coordinating manpower, schedules, and production activities\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and electrical plans\nStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nStable work history with a long-term career mindset\nValid driver's license\nNice-to-Haves as the Commercial Electrical Foreman / Project Superintendent:\nExperience on healthcare, institutional, higher education, manufacturing, or large commercial projects\nOSHA and electrical safety training certifications\nNFPA 70E Arc Flash Training\nNCCER Electrical Certification\nEWP and Forklift Certifications\nFirst Aid / CPR / AED Training\nExperience managing projects valued at $2M-$10M+\nOffers:\n$35-$45/hr base pay depending on
