This role will oversee daily equipment movement, driver assignments, transportation compliance, permitting, and related documentation. It is a hands-on opportunity for an organized transportation professional who can keep multiple moving parts on track while supporting drivers, internal teams, and outside vendors.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoordinate daily heavy equipment transportation and movement activities across the organization\nPlan and assign moves to company drivers based on operational needs and availability\nCoordinate with outside transportation vendors when additional capacity is required\nPrepare and distribute daily move schedules and assignments to internal stakeholders\nMonitor driver hours and scheduling to support compliance with applicable hours-of-service regulations\nReview driver timecards for accuracy, including hours worked, equipment moved, and proper coding\nReview transportation vendor invoices for accurate hours, services, and coding\nSecure required permits for equipment transportation and other commercial moves\nManage registrations, permits, and related requirements for commercial motor vehicles\nOversee driver and vehicle documentation, including licenses, medical cards, registrations, permits, IFTA, IRP, and related records\nCoordinate driver file administration with third-party providers supporting the organization's commercial drivers\nMaintain accurate transportation records and help ensure the fleet remains properly documented and compliant\nServe as a central point of coordination among drivers, internal personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders\nMust-Haves:\nProfessional experience in transportation logistics, dispatch, fleet coordination, or a closely related field\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moves and priorities at once\nWorking knowledge of commercial driver and vehicle compliance requirements\nExperience managing transportation-related paperwork, permits, registrations, or regulatory documentation\nAbility to review timekeeping, invoices, and operational records for accuracy\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\nAbility to communicate clearly with drivers, vendors, and internal teams\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day\nNice-to-Haves:\nExperience coordinating heavy equipment or specialized equipment transportation\nFamiliarity with IFTA and IRP requirements\nExperience with commercial motor vehicle registrations and permitting\nExperience supporting CDL drivers and maintaining driver qualification documentation\nExperience working with third-party transportation providers\nFamiliarity with hours-of-service requirements and commercial transportation regulations\nPrevious responsibility for fleet administration or transportation compliance\nBenefits Offered:\n15 days of PTO\nMedical insurance with a 13% employee contribution\n401(k) with company matching:100% company match on employee contributions from 0-3%\n50% company match on employee contributions from 3-5%\n\nTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
