With decades in business and a field team that's growing fast, this is a long-term home for a licensed electrical leader who takes pride in quality work.\nWhat You'll Do as the Master Electrician:\nInstall, wire, and terminate power and control circuits for HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment, including motors, pumps, chillers, boilers, and VFDs\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical and control issues on commercial and industrial mechanical systems\nRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and control wiring diagrams\nMake sure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code and the Massachusetts Electrical Code\nPlan and lay out electrical work, and coordinate materials and scheduling with project managers and field teams\nCoordinate closely with pipefitters, HVAC technicians, controls contractors, and other trades\nTrain and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians as the team grows\nSet the tone for electrical safety, including lockout/tagout and safe work practices\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and keep accurate documentation of completed work\nMust-Haves as the Master Electrician:\nActive Massachusetts Master Electrician license\nProven commercial or industrial electrical experience, including power and control wiring for mechanical equipment\nStrong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the Massachusetts Electrical Code\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams\nStrong troubleshooting skills on motors, motor controls, VFDs, and related equipment\nExperience leading or mentoring other electricians\nExcellent communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a strong customer-service focus\nOSHA 10 certification and a valid Class D driver's license\nHigh school diploma or GED\nNice-to-Haves as the Master Electrician:\nNew Hampshire or Rhode Island electrical licensing\nExperience working for or alongside a mechanical or HVAC contractor\nHVAC controls or building automation experience\nIndustrial or process controls experience, including PLCs and instrumentation\nHazardous location wiring experience for petroleum or fuel systems\nNFPA 70E training and OSHA 30 certification\nOffers:\nHourly pay of $50-$65, depending on experience\nEmployee stock ownership (ESOP) with a five-year vesting schedule\nAnnual profit sharing, paid out every year for more than a decade\nDiscretionary year-end bonus based on company profits, typically paid in February or March\nOvertime
