organized, responsive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing the expectations that come with building highly customized $800K-$2M homes.\nWhat You'll Do as the Project Manager - Custom Residential Construction:\nManage the day-to-day coordination of custom residential projects from the office\nServe as a key point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process\nKeep clients informed on project progress, selections, decisions, changes, and next steps\nManage homeowner expectations while providing a high level of responsiveness and customer service\nCoordinate with the construction team, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to keep projects moving\nTrack project schedules, selections, purchases, materials, and outstanding decisions\nCoordinate custom finishes, colors, materials, fixtures, and other homeowner selections\nHelp ensure client selections and project information are communicated accurately to the appropriate teams\nOversee purchasing and order procurement associated with active projects\nManage and support a team member responsible for procurement\nAnticipate project or client issues and work proactively to resolve them\nMaintain organized project records and ensure important details do not fall through the cracks\nCommunicate changes, delays, material issues, and other project developments clearly and professionally\nHelp improve project management and client communication processes as the company continues to grow\nMust-Haves as the Project Manager - Custom Residential Construction:\nResidential construction experience\nStrong understanding of the homebuilding process\nProject Management, Construction Management, or comparable project coordination experience\nStrong client-facing and customer service skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal ability\nAbility to manage homeowner expectations throughout a complex construction process\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and moving parts simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership when issues arise\nAbility to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal construction teams\nAbility to work full-time from the company's Newport, KY office\nNice-to-Haves as the Project Manager -
