incident investigations\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, USACE, and EM385-1-1 standards\nMaintain accurate records related to inspections, safety, and compliance\nMust-Haves as the QCM/SSHO:\n5+ years of recent safety management experience in construction\nExperience in healthcare, federal, or military construction projects\nCurrent OSHA 30 certification (Construction or General Industry)\nCurrent CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (in-person, not online only)\nUSACE Construction Quality Management certification\nStrong knowledge of safety regulations including EM385-1-1\nProven experience developing and managing quality control programs\nStrong communication and documentation skills\nAbility to lead independently on active job sites\nNice-to-Haves as the QCM/SSHO:\nExperience working
