scales.\nWhat You'll Do as the Electrical Superintendent:\nOversee day-to-day field execution across multiple active electrical construction projects\nPlan manpower, allocate crews, and coordinate field resources based on project schedules and priorities\nMaintain visibility across active jobs, upcoming starts, staffing needs, customer commitments, and operational risks\nSet clear priorities and expectations for Foremen, Team Leads, Project Managers, and field personnel\nLead regular operations and project meetings and keep ownership informed of critical issues\nReview drawings, specifications, scopes, schedules, budgets, and project requirements\nMonitor labor productivity, material usage, equipment costs, schedules, and overall project performance\nVisit jobsites regularly to evaluate production, workmanship, safety, staffing, and organization\nIdentify potential problems early and drive corrective action before they affect schedules, margins, or customer relationships\nCoordinate with Project Managers and administrative teams on change orders, documentation, billing readiness, and closeout\nEnsure field teams have the drawings, materials, tools, equipment, and information needed to work efficiently\nMaintain quality standards and compliance with applicable electrical codes and inspection requirements\nSupport jobsite safety, incident response, and corrective-action efforts\nHelp resolve significant project, customer, and field-operation challenges\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning\nMentor and develop Foremen, Team Leads, and other future leaders\nImprove operating processes, reporting, communication, and accountability as the company grows\nHelp oversee company vehicles, tools, equipment, warehouse resources, and other operational assets\nPartner with ownership on capacity planning and longer-term growth initiatives\nMust-Haves as the Electrical Superintendent:\nStrong electrical construction background with substantial field experience\nProven experience leading electrical crews, field operations, and/or multiple concurrent projects\nStrong understanding of electrical construction execution, sequencing, and field productivity\nExperience with manpower planning and project scheduling\nAbility to read electrical plans, specifications, scopes, schedules, and related project documents\nWorking knowledge of electrical codes, inspections, permits, and quality requirements\nExperience monitoring labor productivity, materials, and project costs\nAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple jobs and crews\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to establish expectations and hold teams accountable\nAbility to work independently and proactively address problems\nStrong communication skills with ownership, PMs, Foremen, employees, customers, GCs, and vendors\nHands-on leadership style and willingness to maintain a regular jobsite presence\nStrong organization and follow-through\nComfort with construction software, scheduling tools, mobile technology, and reporting systems\nValid driver's license and clean driving record\nAbility to work throughout the Kansas City Metro and Northeast Kansas market\nNice-to-Haves as the Electrical Superintendent:\nMultifamily electrical construction experience\nPrevious General Superintendent or company-wide field operations responsibility\nExperience simultaneously overseeing several projects and field crews\nElectrical license\nExperience with estimating, budgeting, job costing, and change-order management\nExperience developing Foremen and other field leaders\nExperience helping a small or midsized electrical contractor scale its processes and operations\nBackground working directly with entrepreneurial ownership\nOffers:\nBase salary up to approximately $125K, depending on experience\nCompany-performance bonus opportunity\nCompany
