The role will report directly to FIGS’ Sr. Director, Graphic Design and will work closely with all members of FIGS’ Marketing Team.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure all graphics and ads are high-quality, beautiful, consistent, and on-brand\nManage multiple projects at once-from online campaigns to guest-facing experiences to print collateral\nOffer input on creative meetings and help to build FIGS’ creative concepts\nAssist with planning and execution of photo shoots\nProvide art direction and work collaboratively with copywriters as necessary\nRequirements:\n2+ years of graphic design experience for a brand forward company\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).\nExperience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.\nExperience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.\nStrong typographic and layout skills with attention to detail.\nA portfolio that showcases great design and creativity.\nExperience adapting creative for different audiences or markets is a plus.\nIllustration and experience design is a bonus.\nOther must haves:\nPositive attitude\nProven work ethic and integrity\nEntrepreneurial mindset\nDesire to excel and grow with FIGS\nFIGS Compensation and Benefits\nPay Range\nAt FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $72,000 and $85,000.
