You will oversee payroll delivery across multiple employing entities, systems and processing cycles, so this will suit an experienced payroll professional who can quickly take ownership and work confidently in a complex environment.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging accurate and timely payrolls across the UK, Ireland and Australia\nCompleting HMRC submissions, P11Ds and pension auto-enrolment processes\nOverseeing private payrolls with support from the Management Accountant\nProviding payroll reporting and supporting audits\nMaintaining payroll procedures and responding to employee queries\nIdentifying payroll risks, process improvements and legislative changes\nWhat you'll need\nAt least two years’ payroll experience \nStrong payroll systems knowledge (ideally to include Cascade)\nGood Excel skills and experience of detailed reconciliations \nThe ability to work accurately within tight processing deadlines \nClear communication skills and confidence dealing with HMRC, auditors and internal stakeholders \nAn inquisitive approach with strong attention to detail\nAbout Weatherbys Ltd\nWeatherbys Ltd is founding company of the wider Weatherbys organisation, with a history stretching back to 1770 and longstanding roots in British horseracing.
