This role is for someone who takes ownership of user-facing web experiences and ensures technical excellence in our marketing tech stack.\nThis position will be remote in Mexico\n\nReports to: Director of Marketing\n\nWhat You Will Own\nArchitecture & Development: Design and build site functionality for getweave.com and several other marketing properties.\n\nTechnical Execution: Architect high-performing, interactive UI elements, ensuring performance and mobile responsiveness.\n\nCollaboration: Partner with marketing development, design, and growth teams to bring creative visions to production.\n\nAgile Campaign Delivery: Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to rapidly prototype and launch campaign landing pages, interactive site elements, and lead-gen tools that support tight marketing deadlines and seasonal initiatives.\n\nWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the Job\nRelevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in front-end engineering.\n\nCore Tech Stack: Strong background in Next.js and React, with a deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.\n\nProblem Solving: Demonstrated ability to turn vague, high-level requirements into polished, working software.\n\nCore Engineering Focus: A focus on web performance, accessibility, and SEO.\n\nAutonomy & Ownership: Proven ability to operate with high autonomy, identifying technical gaps, prioritizing effectively, and implementing solutions independently without awaiting explicit instruction.\n\nTechnical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear, understandable explanations for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring collaborative alignment on project scope and timelines.\n\nData-Driven Development: A deep interest in how your code impacts user behavior, with an aptitude for using instrumentation and monitoring to measure the success of marketing features and iterating based on observed performance.\n\nDesign Implementation & QA: High proficiency in translating designs with pixel-perfect accuracy, ensuring global brand consistency and accessibility standards (WCAG) are met across all marketing web properties.\n\nWhat Will Make Us Love You\nExperience with marketing technology: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).\n\nKnowledge of A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.\n\nExperience with WordPress, specifically utilizing it as a headless CMS.\n\nExperience utilizing AI-powered coding assistants or AI tools to streamline development workflows and increase productivity.\n\nEmployment with Weave is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.\nAt Weave, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to help us work more efficiently and create a smoother candidate experience.
