They will be responsible for taking forms that are uploaded to Weave by an office and digitize them into Weave digital forms. This will need to be done with precision and a heavy emphasis on attention to detail.\nThey will be held to a standard SLA and expected to complete work on a timely basis and efficiently. A positive experience during the digitization process is critical to a customer’s long-term success and Weave is committed to finding the right people to make that happen.\nThis position is responsible for creating:\nThis position will be REMOTE in India\n\nReports to: Manager, Implementation Form\nWhat You Will Own\nThe duties and responsibilities of the role.\nComplete ownership of Digital Forms account cases\n\nManage a portfolio of projects and tasks on Salesforce\n\nCoordinate with adjacent teams on all tasks related to onboarding.\n\nCommunicate clearly with your direct manager and other team members.\n\nProvide a smooth customer experience.\n\nTriage, troubleshoot and prioritize issues as they arise during implementation.\n\nUtilize reports and data from various systems to help guide decision-making and manage your portfolio of customers.\n\nWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the Job:\nThe minimum qualifications for the role: education, experience, certifications, skills.\nBasic familiarity with software & computers\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal (ability to articulate complex content with a simplified explanation)\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\n1 year of data entry experience\n\nCritical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage a pipeline of projects\n\nAbility to function independently and in a team environment\n\nFluency in English speaking/reading/writing.\n\nWhat Will Make Us Love You:\nPreferred qualifications - including personality traits and soft skills.\nStrong technical aptitude.\n\nCustomer service mentality.\n\nUnderstanding of frontline workflows where trust, accuracy, speed, and reliability directly affect customer experience.\n\nOpen to flexible work schedules.\n\nEmployment with Weave is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.\nAt Weave, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to help us work more efficiently and create a smoother candidate experience.
