In this role, you’ll help us hire and welcome new team members, support their development, and work with plant leaders to improve the experiences that help people stay and grow at Weaver.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage recruiting for assigned plant roles, including sourcing, interviews, candidate communication, offers, and hiring requirements.\nCoordinate onboarding from accepted offer through orientation and the handoff to department training.\nLead new hire check-ins and work with leaders to address barriers during a team member’s first 90 days.\nLead retention projects, gather team member feedback, review workforce trends, and follow through on improvement plans with plant leaders.\nPartner with Operations and Continuous Skills Development on learning paths, training schedules, qualification requirements, and progress toward proficiency.\nCoordinate leave and attendance processes, unemployment claims, HR records, and other assigned People Department work.\nProvide approachable, confidential HR support to team members and leaders across the plant.\nWhat you’ll bring\nA bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.\nAt least three years of experience in recruiting, HR, workforce development, learning and development, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating projects or programs with people from different departments.\nWorking knowledge of leave administration, attendance, unemployment, and HR recordkeeping.\nStrong communication, organization, follow-through, and sound judgment.\nExperience supporting an hourly workforce in manufacturing, distribution, or food production is a plus.\nThis is an onsite role that works in both office and production areas. education and experience.\nThree or more years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, workforce development, learning and development, or a related field.\nExperience leading cross-functional workstreams or Team Member programs through planning, implementation, follow-up, and measurement.\nWorking knowledge of FMLA and leave administration, attendance, unemployment high-volume recruiting, structured onboarding, early-tenure retention, adult learning, or proficiency programs.\nExperience partnering with Operations, Continuous Improvement, technical training, Safety, or Quality teams.\nExperience coordinating leaves, attendance, unemployment claims, HRIS transactions, or HR compliance activities.\nExperience creating dashboards, process maps, standard
