As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dependable team members who share our commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.\nWhether you are beginning your manufacturing career or bringing previous production experience, you will receive the training and support needed to learn, grow, and succeed.\nPosition Overview:\nAs a Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and according to quality and food-safety standards.\nYou will make equipment adjustments, complete required inspections, respond to minor production issues, and collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly.\nIn this role, you will:\nSafely operate production and packaging equipment \nMonitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments \nInspect products and complete required quality and food-safety checks \nIdentify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues \nMaintain accurate production and quality records \nFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation requirements, and safety procedures \nKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe \nCommunicate equipment status and production updates during shift handoffs \nWork with your team to meet daily production goals \nIdentify and recommend improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency\nA Typical Day Might Include:\nAt the beginning of your shift, you will review production goals, equipment conditions, and current priorities with your team.\nThroughout the day, you will operate and monitor equipment, inspect finished products, complete quality checks, make adjustments, and respond to changing production needs.\nYou will also document production activity and communicate important information to the next shift.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nWe are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and contribute to a team environment.\nYou may be a strong fit for this position if you:\nTake pride in producing high-quality work \nEnjoy learning how equipment and production processes operate \nRemain attentive and focused in a fast-paced environment \nCommunicate effectively and work well with others \nMake safety a priority in everything you do \nAdapt well when production needs or priorities change \nDemonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic \nPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
