Description Location: Van Buren Department: Microwave, NAKS, RTE Reports To: Plant Manager Direct Reports: Line Leads and production team members (shift) FLSA: Exempt Manager of People: Yes Schedule: 2/2/3 shift-based; weekend/holiday rotation as scheduled Leadership Level: Primary Focus: Area Execution specific shift Time Horizon: Daily-90 days Measures Success By: Shift execution, employee development, and shift KPIs Position Summary The Production Supervisor executes on a single shift within a designated production area, delivering safety, quality, and production goals in real time. This role owns shift-level execution and the development of the team on that shift making the real-time decisions that keep the line running to the standards set above it and modeling the Weaver Culture in all actions and interactions.
