We build cutting-edge, socially impactful products that redefine how businesses operate in the digital world.\nWe’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer who enjoys building complex systems, integrating external services, and leveraging AI tools to speed up development and automate workflows.\nIf you’re excited about combining modern frontend development with AI-driven workflows and automation tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and LLM frameworks, this one is for you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDevelop and contribute to end-to-end features across SaaS products and internal tools, collaborating with senior engineers on architecture and implementation decisions.\n\nBuild modern, high-performance frontends using Next.js and React.js\n\nDevelop scalable backend services using Node.js / NestJS\n\nDesign and integrate APIs (REST, WebSockets, external services)\n\nBuild and maintain automation workflows and background jobs\n\nWork with async systems, queues, and event-driven architectures\n\nIntegrate third-party services with real-world constraints (rate limits, retries, auth flows)\n\nUse AI tools to improve development speed, testing, and automation\n\nCollaborate directly with product, data, and leadership teams\n\nBuild MVPs, proof-of-concepts, and new product ideas from scratch\n\nRapidly validate business ideas through experimentation and iteration\n\nHelp evolve successful prototypes into production-ready systems\n\nAI & Automation\nThis role includes working with modern AI tooling and automation systems, with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and execution:\n\nUsing tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI SDK in daily development\n\nBuilding AI-driven workflows and integrations quickly and iteratively\n\nAutomating repetitive processes (data handling, content, integrations)\n\nApplying LLMs in production with a pragmatic, results-first approach\n\nTaking ownership of problems - from idea to production\n\nShipping fast, testing in real conditions, and iterating based on outcomes\n\nBeing accountable for delivery - not just writing code, but making things work end-to-end\n\nPrioritizing execution over perfection -
