Designers, event coordinators, producers, stage managers and many others work hand-in-hand to produce every element, from stages and exhibitions to live operations and attendee experience for all of our events.\nPlease note, this is a 12m FTC\nWhat you'll achieve at Web Summit\nYou’ll be responsible for the co-planning of our events, working closely with event producers\n\nYou’ll identify areas of improvement, continuously reviewing every part of the change management flow\n\nYou’ll drive innovation, manage change and create best in class plans and processes acting as a coach across the business on everything PM related.\n\nWho you are\nYou are an organiser, bringing clarity and focus to the appropriate things at the appropriate time.\n\nYou know details matter and your attention to detail is exceptional.\n\nYou’re a calm person who stays level headed under pressure.\n\nYou’re a problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet, react rapidly to situations, prioritise your workload and implement measures to improve procedures and workflows.\n\nYou’re a confident and friendly person who cares deeply about the experience of attendees.\n\nSkills and abilities we're looking for\nJunior to mid-level Project Manager / Project Coordinator.\n\n1-3 years’ experience in project management or coordination.\n\nExperience supporting planning and project delivery.\n\nStrong organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.\n\nComfortable coordinating teams, actions and deadlines.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProactive, with the ability to identify and escalate issues.\n\nExperience with project management tools and processes.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.\n\nEvent planning or coordination experience is a plus.\n\nPMP or equivalent qualification is a plus.\n\nPortuguese fluency is a
