Prior experience at a trading firm or similar low-latency, data-intensive environment is strongly desired.\n\nTechnical mastery in Python and/or C++, with the judgment to know when each is the right tool. Excellent command of relational databases and their alternatives, and the ability to drill efficiently into data for answers and metrics.
