Sales & Business Development Executive (AI Software)

As a Sales Executive, you will help build smooth sales operations that scale. You will set up reliable CRM workflows, create reports that guide decisions, and refine processes so the sales team spends more time closing and less time chasing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily sales operations, preparing documentation, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate sales records. 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Actively promote and sell the company's AI software products and solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct prospecting activities through calls, emails, online platforms, networking, and other sales channels.
• Contact potential customers, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable AI software solutions.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations to support sales activities.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and prospective customers to close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop opportunities for repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
• Track sales pipelines, customer follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance, Technical, and Project teams, to ensure smooth sales and service delivery.
• Assist with sales reports, monthly performance summaries, and other sales documentation.
• Follow up on customer payments, contract renewals, and outstanding documentation where necessary.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or sales administration is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching potential customers and conducting sales follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative in generating sales.
• Interest in AI software, SaaS products, and technology solutions is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
