You will set up reliable CRM workflows, create reports that guide decisions, and refine processes so the sales team spends more time closing and less time chasing paperwork.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManaging daily sales operations, preparing documentation, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate sales records. \n\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.\n\nActively promote and sell the company's AI software products and solutions to potential customers.\n\nConduct prospecting activities through calls, emails, online platforms, networking, and other sales channels.\n\nContact potential customers, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable AI software solutions.\n\nArrange and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.\n\nPrepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations to support sales activities.\n\nFollow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and prospective customers to close sales deals.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop opportunities for repeat business.\n\nAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.\n\nMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.\n\nMaintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.\n\nTrack sales pipelines, customer follow-ups, and sales performance.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments, including Finance, Technical, and Project teams, to ensure smooth sales and service delivery.\n\nAssist with sales reports, monthly performance summaries, and other sales documentation.\n\nFollow up on customer payments, contract renewals, and outstanding documentation where necessary.\n\nPerform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience in sales, business development, or sales administration is an advantage.
