They will handle the needs of our external customers from cradle to grave. Constant monitoring of customer requirements and inventory levels will be required to ensure these needs are being met while responsibly managing inventory levels. They will also be responsible for coordinating shipments and invoicing slit material from our Muskogee plant to Oklahoma Carbon. This position will be officed at the Port of Muskogee and will report directly to the OKC Plant Scheduling Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordination and management of communications (written and verbal) between the Customer, Raw Material Planning, and Operations.\nReceives Webco and customer master coils into SAP upon arrival.\nCreates slit work orders for Webco’s external customers.\nMaintains scheduling agreements with customer requirements to provide excellent customer service and meet shipping needs.\nPosts and invoices all customer shipped material.\nReviews all aged coils and mults monthly and works with the customer to properly disposition materials.\nCreates and maintains transport orders from Muskogee to Oklahoma Carbon.\nWorks with carriers to schedule outbound trucks for slit mults shipping to Oklahoma Carbon.\nCreates all necessary truck paperwork while on shift and maintains records.\nCoordinates scrap pickups.\nUnderstands Webco’s mission, goals, objectives, organizational structure, and product base.\nCore Competencies & Skills\nCompetency\nDescription\nProduction Scheduling Leadership\nTakes a leadership role within the scope of their job duties.
