We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and making a real impact on the plant floor.\nIf you’re energized by turning inefficiencies into opportunities and want to see your ideas come to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.\nAs a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations-working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation.\nYou will:\nIdentify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processes\nDesign and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity\nLead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and line balancing\nConduct time studies and analyze performance data to drive smarter decisions\nPartner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime\nDevelop and standardize SOPs and work instructions\nSupport new equipment launches, tooling improvements, and layout enhancements\nLead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions\nTrain and support production teams on new processes and improvements\nChampion Lean and continuous improvement efforts across the operation\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)\nAbility to communicate clearly and work across teams\nPreferred:\nManufacturing or industrial experience\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools\nExperience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)\nAt Webco, our engineers:\nTake ownership and follow through\nCollaborate and build trust across teams\nStay curious and continuously improve\nPut safety first-always\nHold a high bar for quality and performance\nShow up engaged and ready to make a difference\nWork Environment\nThis role splits time between office and plant floor.
