$26.75 per hour (based on experience)\nNight shift differential: additional $1.20/hour\nWhat You’ll Do:\noOperate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment.\noLoad and unload materials onto and off machines.\noProcess tubing through specialized equipment.\noInspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers.\noPlay an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely.\nWhat It Takes to Succeed:\noPhysical stamina - you’ll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance.\noComfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key.\noAbility to lift 5-50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions - bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more.\noStrong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise.\noGood communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors.\noA commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day.\nYour Schedule:\no12-hour shifts: either days (6 a.m.-6 p.m.) or nights (6 p.m.-6 a.m.).\noShift days vary based on business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications:\noHigh school diploma or equivalent.\noPrevious manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required -
