Responsibilities\nAssist engineers with process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity\nSupport data collection, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing performance metrics\nCreate and update technical documentation, standard work instructions, and drawings\nParticipate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues alongside engineering and maintenance teams\nAssist with time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity evaluations\nSupport capital projects, including equipment installation, layout planning, and commissioning activities\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality\nObserve and document current processes to identify opportunities for improvement\nMaintain organized project files, reports, and engineering documentation\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and team meetings\nRequired & Preferred Qualifications\nRequired:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)\nBasic knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nStrong willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment\nPreferred:\nPrevious internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience\nExposure to CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes or industrial environments\nExperience with data analysis tools or basic programming\nTypical Physical Demands\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods\nFrequent use of a computer and standard office equipment\nOccasional lifting up to 25 pounds\nAbility to access manufacturing areas, including climbing stairs or ladders\nVisual acuity to review data, drawings, and equipment\nTypical Working Conditions\nCombination of office and manufacturing floor environment\nExposure to noise, heat, dust, and moving equipment when in plant areas\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in operational environments\nClose interaction with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams\nWork performed under supervision with
