prior experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory helpful.\nProficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.\nStrong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.\nProactive, flexible, and motivated to improve skills and performance.\nPreferred:\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nWorking knowledge of inventory management and receiving processes.\nFamiliarity with handling and moving materials safely.\nTypical Physical Demands\nWork a minimum of 12 hours per day; additional hours as required.\nFull range of body motion including lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and squatting.\nFrequent walking and standing on concrete floors; may walk up to 2 miles per shift.\nAbility to lift items ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.\nCorrected vision and hearing within normal range.\nRepetitive hand movements for inventory handling and computer use.\nAbility to perform under production deadlines and emergency situations.\nTypical Working Conditions\nTime divided between office environment and manufacturing floor.\nOffice is temperature-controlled and clean;
