Familiarity with accounting systems, Workday and/or CMiC or Textura is a plus.\nBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED\nAdvanced level organizational skills\nAdvanced level communication skills. Proficient in addressing audiences of various sizes, conveying messages and ideas clearly and effectively. Demonstrates the ability to write clear, concise, and professional communications. Effectively develops content and presents it to audiences of various sizes.\nAdvanced level decision quality and use of sound judgement.\nAdvanced level customer focus and the ability to work cohesively with others.\nShows Initiative and problem solves; shares information with others; accountable.\nDemonstrates sound judgement and discretion in communication of sensitive and confidential information.\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\nSix years’ work experience to include 2 years’ construction accounting experience.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nPerformance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.\nRange of base pay is $100,000-$110,000.
