It involves over 80 specialists working across multiple teams to deliver valuable insights from integrated data.Our technology stack includes Databricks, dbt, dltHub, Power BI, GitHub, and Terraform, all hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud.\nAs a Junior Data Engineer, you will support the development, maintenance, and improvement of data pipelines and ETL processes, working closely with experienced Data Engineers and other team members.\nYou will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, large-scale data processing, and LLM-based tools. We are also exploring innovative approaches to data consumption using Genie Spaces and Ontology.\nGoals and challenges\nSupport the development and maintenance of data pipelines (data ingestion, transformation, and storage).\nAssist in preparing and maintaining high-quality datasets for machine learning and document processing.\nWork with data using Python, SQL, and Databricks.\nSupport data quality checks, testing, and troubleshooting.\nLearn and apply best practices in data engineering, version control, and deployment.\nCollaborate with experienced Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members.\nContribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of data workflows.\nContinuously develop your technical skills while working with modern cloud technologies.\nHard skills we are looking for\nGood knowledge of Python and basic experience with data processing libraries.\nGood understanding of SQL and relational databases.\nBasic understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Databricks or similar data processing platforms is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of PySpark or Apache Spark is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with Git and version control practices.\nBasic understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nFamiliarity with dbt, Pydantic, or CI/CD practices is a plus.\nBasic understanding of data quality, testing, and data transformation concepts.\nSoft Skills & Experience\nSome practical experience in data engineering, software development, or data-related projects (including internships, university projects, or personal projects).\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or currently pursuing a relevant degree.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nWillingness to learn and develop technical skills.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nAttention to detail, especially when working with data.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.\nProactive attitude and openness to feedback.\nInterest in modern data technologies, cloud platforms, and AI/ML solutions.\nWillingness to take responsibility for
