While the core focus will be IT recruitment, the role will also include opportunities to contribute to Employer Branding, Talent Development initiatives, and recruitment process optimization.\nThe scope of the role will be shaped not only by business needs, but also by the strengths, experience, and ideas of the person joining the team.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for IT and tech-related roles\nPartner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using direct search and proactive sourcing methods\nEnsure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process\nContribute to Employer Branding activities and help strengthen the company’s market presence as an employer\nSupport Talent Development initiatives and internal people-focused projects\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing recruitment processes and implement new solutions\nTake ownership of initiatives that bring measurable value to the organization and team\nUse data, market insights, and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improve effectiveness\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within IT or tech environments\nAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented organization\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nProactive approach, ownership mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo\nExperience with sourcing and direct search methods\nInterest in broader HR areas such as Employer Branding, Talent Development, or process improvement\nAbility to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing business needs\nFluent English and Polish\nNice to Have\nExperience scaling recruitment processes in growing organizations\nFamiliarity with recruitment analytics and ATS
