requirements.\nDesign and develop both backend APIs and frontend interfaces for AI applications.\nIntegrate and work with various Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) platforms.\nIntegrate and work with different LLMs and AI models.\nDevelop conversational AI workflows and intelligent voice interactions.\nPerform R&D and proof-of-concepts with different AI/voice technologies.\nEvaluate different STT, TTS, LLM and AI platforms based on:Voice quality\nResponse accuracy\nLatency\nReliability\nScalability\nPricing and overall cost\n\nIdentify the most appropriate tools and technologies for each use case.\nOptimize AI applications to reduce API and infrastructure costs while maintaining quality.\nDevelop integrations with third-party services and APIs.\nTroubleshoot and improve voice quality, response time, AI accuracy, and application performance.\nParticipate in the complete development lifecycle from requirement analysis and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nRequired Technical Knowledge\nAI & Voice AI\nGood understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their APIs.\nHands-on knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies.\nHands-on knowledge of Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.\nUnderstanding of conversational AI and AI agent architecture.\nExperience integrating AI APIs and third-party AI services.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based application development.\nKnowledge of LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\nBackend Development\nStrong knowledge of Python.\nExperience developing REST APIs and backend services.\nUnderstanding of asynchronous programming and API integrations.\nKnowledge of database design and MySQL.\nFrontend Development\nGood knowledge of React.js.\nAbility to develop user interfaces for AI/voice applications.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious experience developing a Voice AI, AI Agent, Conversational AI, Voicebot, or similar application.\nExperience working with multiple STT/TTS providers and LLM providers.\nExperience with real-time voice communication or streaming audio.\nExperience with WebSockets or real-time communication.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of AI application deployment, monitoring, and optimization.\nVibe Coding / AI-Assisted Development\nStrong understanding and practical experience with Vibe Coding / AI-assisted software development.\nThe frontend and backend of the application will be developed primarily using Vibe Coding approaches and AI coding tools.\nAbility to effectively use AI coding assistants to generate, refactor, debug, test, and optimize production-quality code.\nShould be comfortable reviewing and validating AI-generated code and ensuring it follows proper architecture, security, performance, and coding standards.\nAbility to provide effective prompts and technical context to AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.\nCandidate should be able to independently develop complete features using AI-assisted development, rather than relying solely on
