You will support the People Operations and Payroll team in Leipzig while gaining hands-on experience in an international HR environment.\nDuring your time with us, you will:\nSupport HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, absence management, and benefits administration.\nAssist in preparing monthly payroll input and collaborate with our external payroll provider to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.\nBecome a point of contact for employees within your assigned scope, supporting employee queries and helping deliver an excellent employee experience.\nMaintain employee records in our HR systems and support the preparation of reports while ensuring high data quality.\nContribute to HR process improvements and support initiatives involving process automation and AI-driven solutions.\nAssist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities across multiple countries.\nTo be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:\nYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.\nYou have an interest in HR Operations, payroll processes, and employment-related topics.\nInitial HR experience through internships, part-time jobs, or university projects is a plus but not required.\nYou are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nYou are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative international environment.\nYou have strong communication and customer service skills.\nYou are proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.\nYou are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.\nAn interest in process improvement, digital tools, and AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot is highly appreciated.\nYou are reliable, resourceful, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.\nWhat we offer\nPractical HR experience in an international company.\nExposure to multiple HR disciplines, including People Operations and Payroll.\nThe opportunity to work with modern HR technologies and AI-driven tools.\nA collaborative and supportive team environment.\nValuable professional development and learning opportunities alongside your studies.\nWho are we?\nWebfleet is Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management solution.
