This is a high impact role focused on reducing cycle time, increasing reliability and enabling world-class developer experience across Webflow.\nAbout the role:\nLocation: Remote-first (Argentina)\nPermanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)\nApplication Information:Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled\nThis posting is for a new position\n\nReporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity \nAs a Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop you’ll:\nDefine and drive Webflow’s end-to-end deployment strategy, from CI pipelines to production rollout.\nOwn and evolve our GitOps-based deployment platform (e.g., ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts), ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.\nDesign and implement safe, progressive delivery mechanisms (canary, blue/green, feature flags, automated rollback).\nSet technical direction across teams, guiding architecture decisions that improve developer velocity and system reliability.\nEstablish and evangelize best practices for CI/CD, release engineering, and environment management across the organization.\nIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks to drive step-function improvements in developer productivity and cycle time.\nBuild and evolve internal tooling to improve testing, and deployment workflows.\nEnsure high reliability and operational excellence through strong observability, monitoring, and incident-driven improvements.\nMentor engineers and act as a force multiplier, influencing teams through technical leadership, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration.\nAbout you:\nRequirements:\nBS / BA degree or equivalent experience\n7+ years in Devops, Site Reliability or Infrastructure Engineering roles\nBusiness-level fluency to read, write and speak in English\nYou’ll thrive as a/an Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop if you:\nHave deep expertise in modern deployment systems, including Kubernetes, GitOps workflows, and tools like ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts.\nHave successfully designed and scaled CI/CD systems for large engineering organizations.\nAre comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-cutting problems and turning them into clear technical strategies.\nHave a strong track record of improving developer velocity, reliability, and system scalability\nPossess deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and distributed systems.\nHave experience implementing progressive delivery techniques (canary, blue/green, feature flags)\nAre skilled in infrastructure as code (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform) and system automation.\nBalance short-term execution with long-term architectural vision.\nInfluence engineering teams through technical leadership, not just direct ownership.\nCommunicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n Stay curious and open to growth - demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.\nOur Core Behaviors:\nBuild lasting customer trust.
