We also have tools written in or built upon Gatsby, Java, PHP, WebRTC, AWS Lambda, Phoenix, and Elixir.\n\nWho you are\n\n At least 2 years of experience with Ruby, ideally with Ruby on Rails\n\n Strong sense of responsibility\n\n You value iterative product improvement based on user input and experience\n\n You're a team player\n\n Dutch or English speaking\n\n Quality over quantity: make sure the foundation of the software is solid. Bugs over features.\n\n Interested in working with a range of technologies and languages\n\n Experience with building distributed web applications\n\nYour responsibilities\n\n To engineer: translate requirements or technical challenges into software solutions. Decide how best to solve a particular problem or address a need.\n\n To grow: facilitate growth in every aspect. Scale the product to more users, fortify the core of the product, and learn and educate on software development.\n\n To care: as a team, we are responsible for the health of our code.
