This is a senior, high-visibility role that combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You will have the mandate to build and scale a global marketing organization that strengthens our value proposition, enhances our positioning with pharma and biotech clients, and accelerates growth across therapeutic areas and geographies.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join an established, trusted brand - while shaping a modern, forward-looking marketing function with significant executive sponsorship.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Team Development\nBuild, mentor, and lead a growing team of marketing professionals in the US and UK.\n\nSet the strategic direction and oversee execution of integrated marketing programs.\n\nStrategy & Planning\nDevelop and own the global marketing plan (US and ex-US), aligning to commercial goals and evolving pharma/biotech market needs.\n\nShape Medscape Education’s go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and client-facing messaging.\n\nPartnership & Collaboration\nPartner with senior commercial leaders to translate therapeutic area priorities and client needs into impactful marketing strategies.\n\nCollaborate with product, content, and partnership teams to drive market differentiation.\n\nBrand & Market Presence\nLead the development of high-quality messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership that articulate Medscape’s value to global pharma and medcomms partners.\n\nOversee our presence at key industry events, channels, and forums to reinforce market leadership.\n\nInnovation & Optimization\nIntroduce new tools, processes, and approaches to enhance efficiency, measurement, and impact.\n\nBring a forward-thinking perspective on how Medscape Education engages pharma clients globally.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nIndustry Expertise\n\nDeep experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical education audiences.
