The Senior Project Manager will serve as the internal steward on key campaigns and client deliverables, partnering closely with the Account Management (client-facing) team to support flawless execution. Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in project management, timeline execution and developing internal stakeholder relationships, plus the ability to provide detailed, clear and proactive communications.\nResponsibilities:\nManaging the internal development and delivery of Medical Affairs projects, which may include digital content (online hubs, videos, emails, short-form alerts), slide decks and meeting content\n\nSetting up and managing multiple project timelines in our digital project management system (WorkFront)\n\nDaily timeline maintenance to provide an accurate picture of project tasks and resourcing needs\n\nReviewing project plans, managing dependencies and critical path issues, and modifying timelines as necessary\n\nWorking with other team members based in multiple locations (UK, Europe, US, India)\n\nLeading meetings with internal teams to discuss and review timelines, assets, key milestones and progress\n\nStrong adherence to internal and client processes and requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality programmes and error-free launches\n\nTranslating client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams, and managing acceleration requests. Providing proactive and creative solutions to challenges\n\nMastery of project-level reporting and dashboard functions within our project management system\n\nFollowing up on delayed tasks and escalating potential project issues/delays to senior team leaders\n\nManaging to project scope and leading scope escalation meetings\n\nSupporting overall team revenue goals, identifying potential risks and communicating these independently to team leads\n\nServing as internal lead for pilot programmes and custom client implementations\n\nWorking with internal departments to streamline processes for more efficient executions\n\nSupporting with overall excellence in project management across the team, via implementing training, supporting less experienced team members, developing SOPs\n\nJob Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline\n\nMinimum of three years of project management experience ideally within digital projects, an agency, pharma and/or Medical Education/Medical Affairs\n\nExcellent organisation and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, task management systems like WorkFront, GSuite)\n\nAdditional desired skills:\nKnowledge of marketing-related content, creative and digital processes\n\nExperience with medical/legal review process within pharmaceutical industry;
