The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, a good understanding of products & process, and collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless order execution.\nThis individual will work in a fast-paced, production environment and must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our customers. They will use a project management system to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment where the customer is the priority. They will also work in partnership with a cross-functional production team, collaborating to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and projects.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAny Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience\nKey Responsibilities:\nProficient in Gmail, Google Workspace, and Salesforce for email handling and case management\nSkilled in data entry, profile management, and order processing from multiple Service Centers\nManaging Firm Name, Address & Contact information changes for various listings.\nStrong attention to detail for content proofreading and data discrepancy identification\nExcellent written communication and organizational skills; capable of creating and reviewing attorney profile content\nAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality\nStrong documentation, indexing, and historical data tracking abilities for internal systems and audits\nCollaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement\nPossess a strong understanding of product features, and configurations to accurately validate and process customer orders.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless order execution.\nMonitor order progress, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery to customers.\nMaintain accurate and current data in CRM Systems.\nPartner with stakeholders to facilitate product upgrades and customer transitions.\nDeliver regular reports on renewal and upgrade status to management.\nCollect stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies and gaps in the order and renewal workflows.\nKnowledge/Skills Needed:\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in U.S. English\nStrong attention to detail.
