The Facility Manager will lead vendor management, oversee maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinate expansion or renovation projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacility Operations & Maintenance\n- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, safety).\n- Oversee cleaning, security, and waste management services.- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.\nCompliance & Safety\n- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and building regulations.\n- Lead regular inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.\n- Maintain accurate facility records and compliance certifications. Project Management\n- Coordinate renovations, new build-outs, and expansion projects.\n- Manage contractors, landlords, architects, and service providers.\n- Control budgets and timelines for facility-related projects.\nVendor & Contract Management\n- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for facility-related services and equipment.\n- Monitor service quality and ensure performance standards are met.\nBudget & Cost Efficiency\n- Prepare and manage facility budgets.\n- Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high operational standards.\nTeam Leadership\n- Manage and develop facility staff or contractors.\n- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\nKey Requirements\n- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).\n- 5+ years of experience in facilities or operations management, ideally in food service, logistics, or manufacturing environments.\n- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.\n- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects.\n- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -
