You will also help us identify gaps in our current restaurant selection and build greater variety to better serve our customers.\nThis is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and bringing great restaurants onto the platform.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIdentify, engage, negotiate with, and sign high-quality restaurants and well-known brands to the WeBox platform.\nBuild relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and key decision-makers.\nDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of restaurant partnership opportunities.\nIdentify gaps in our restaurant network across cuisine, price point, brand, geography, and overall variety.\nProactively source restaurants that can improve the quality and variety of our marketplace.\nWork with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams to understand customer demand and restaurant needs.\nOwn restaurant partnership opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement.\nHelp improve our restaurant sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and signing strategies.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in partnership development, business development, restaurant partnerships, marketplace, sales, or a related field.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.\nExperience working with restaurants, hospitality businesses, local merchants, or marketplace partners is a plus.\nComfortable reaching out to restaurant owners and decision-makers through phone, email, and in-person outreach.\nStrong business judgment and an eye for great restaurant and brand opportunities.\nSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou consistently bring high-quality restaurants, recognizable brands, and strong local favorites onto WeBox.\nYou understand what is missing from our restaurant network, proactively find the right partners, and turn those opportunities into signed partnerships that improve the overall quality and variety of our marketplace.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWeBox is an equal-opportunity employer committed to hiring based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
