We are looking for a hands-on recruiter who can independently identify, engage, assess, and close strong talent - including Manager and leadership-level candidates.\nYou will own searches end-to-end, partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership, and help us continuously raise the talent bar as WeBox scales.\nThe right person is highly resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, strong at sourcing, and able to move quickly without sacrificing hiring quality.\nResponsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and People\nRecruit across different levels, from individual contributors to Manager, Lead, and other senior-level positions\nIndependently manage multiple searches and hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment\nBuild candidate pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies\nPartner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring profiles and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies\nAssess candidates beyond resume qualifications, including capability, ownership, motivation, startup fit, and potential impact\nDrive candidates through the entire recruiting process, from initial outreach through interviews, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff\nMaintain urgency and momentum throughout the hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience\nUse recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness\nHelp improve interview processes, hiring standards, recruiting systems, and talent strategy as the company scales\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience in a startup or high-growth environment\nDemonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including Manager or senior-level roles\nStrong outbound sourcing capability and experience building pipelines from scratch\nAdvanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels\nProven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines\nExperience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and company leadership\nStrong candidate assessment and interviewing judgment\nComfortable operating with ambiguity, changing priorities, and limited structure\nHigh sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and offer-closing skills\nExperience using ATS systems and recruiting funnel metrics\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou may be a strong fit if you:\nHave worked in an environment where hiring priorities change quickly and recruiters are expected to adapt\nAre comfortable owning a difficult search rather than waiting for candidates to apply\nCan recruit a Customer Success hire one week and a Product Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations leader the next\nKnow how to find and engage passive candidates\nCan challenge or refine a hiring manager's candidate profile when the market tells you something different\nCare about quality of hire, not just number of hires\nPrefer ownership and execution over heavy process and bureaucracy\n\nWeBox is an equal-opportunity employer committed to hiring based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
