Global COO of Volaris Martech, key priorities will include:\nAccelerating profitable growth from Delacon's current revenue base of approximately US$5 million\nBuilding the strategy, systems and commercial discipline required to scale towards US$10 million to US$15 million in revenue\nStrengthening customer retention and revenue predictability across a base of more than 500 customers\nEnhancing go-to-market effectiveness, pipeline quality, pricing strategy and commercial execution\nExpanding revenue opportunities across existing customers, enterprise accounts and channel partnerships\nContinuing the evolution of Delacon's AI-enabled products, analytics capabilities and customer value proposition\nLeading and developing a team of approximately 37 people across Australia and India\nMaintaining the culture, trust and momentum established within the business\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will likely bring:\nPrevious CEO, General Manager or comparable business leadership experience\nDemonstrated ownership of a full P&L, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and cash performance\nExperience scaling software, SaaS or technology businesses through a comparable growth phase\nStrong understanding of recurring revenue, customer retention and customer expansion models\nExperience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, customer success and technology\nA track record of translating technology, product and AI-enabled capability into measurable commercial outcomes\nStrong commercial acumen, growth orientation and strategic leadership capability\nExperience within Martech, AdTech, telecommunications, call analytics or adjacent sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.\nWhy
