You will work with some of the world's leading spirits producers, delivering complex software implementations,facilitatingbusiness workshops, analysing customer processes and data, designing solutions, supporting data migration, deliveringtrainingand providing trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle. You will typically manage multiple customers, projects and workstreams simultaneously while working closely with internal development,productand project management teams.\nIn a bit more detailyou will:\nDeliver software implementation,includingrequirementsgathering,configuration and training.\n\nManage multiple implementation projects and customer workstreams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines.\n\nFacilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements.\n\nProduce high-quality business requirements, functionalspecificationsand implementation documentation.\n\nRecommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution.\n\nAnalyse,validateand cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation.\n\nInvestigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration.\n\nParticipate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects.\n\nDeliverDRAMS product training to our clients.\n\nDeliver pre-sales product demonstrations.\n\nProactively develop andmaintaintechnicalexpertisein relation to our products andservices.\n\nWork in partnership with clients;build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes whereappropriateandprovidingexpert advice on solution design and best practice.\n\nBe proactive in communication withclients, arranging regular calls / site visits to build strong relationships.\n\nIdentifyand address gaps in product functionality, liaising withthe productdevelopment team to ensure our clients’ needs are met at every stage.\n\nEngage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation.\n\nProvide feedback from customers to other teams tofacilitatecontinuous improvement and innovation across thebusiness.\n\nEngage with the Sales & Marketing team to help promote the DRAMS product and service offering to prospective clients.\n\nEnsure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality.\n\nTravel asrequired(50%)to our customer sitesthroughoutScotland, Irelandand internationallyasrequiredto fully meet the requirements of I need to be eligible to apply?\nYou need:\nSignificant experiencedelivering complex enterprise software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.\n\nABachelor’s Degree(or equivalent) in an IT or IT related discipline e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or Business and IT, with strong academic results\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of customers and staff\n\nResourceful personality, confident manner and a willingnessand ability to learn newskills.\n\nTechnically able with a keen business and commercial awareness\n\nCustomer centric, capable of building strong clientrelationships.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing complex business processes and large datasets toidentifyissues and recommend practical solutions.\n\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple customer projects, competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nAcurrent valid driving licence\n\nAwillingnessandabilityto travelnationally /internationally(50%)\n\nCurrently holds independent right to work in theUK.\n\nIt’snot a deal breaker but we would really like it if you also had:\nFluent in Spanish\n\nExperience working with large datasets, including data analysis, validation,cleansingand migration activities.\n\nKnowledge of the distilled spirits industry would be a distinctadvantage.\n\nKnowledge or experience of Warehousing & Logistics\n\nA recognised project management qualification\n\nExperience of ERP, inventory management,warehousingor manufacturing software.\n\nExperience working with Excelor other data analysis tools.\n\nExperience integrating enterprise applications.\n\nExperience delivering customer
