DisplayNote technology is embedded in hundreds of thousands of spaces worldwide through partnerships with leading display manufacturers and is also sold directly to enterprise, education and technology customers.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport our partners: Help investigate questions and issues raised by partners, gathering the information needed to understand what’s happening.\nReproduce bugs: Recreate reported issues, document the steps and conditions that trigger them, and provide clear evidence to engineering.\nTest and review software: Check features and partner workflows, identify problems, and verify that fixes resolve the original issue.\nSupport engineering investigations: Provide expected and actual results, screenshots, recordings, and relevant technical details to help engineers diagnose issues.\nKeep issues organised: Track progress and help prepare clear updates for partners and internal teams.\nContribute to product research: Research user needs, partner feedback, competitors, and opportunities to improve the product.\nHelp write user stories: Turn findings and feedback into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, with guidance from the team.\nImprove documentation: Help maintain troubleshooting guides, product notes, and answers to common partner questions.\nWhat we’re looking for\nA strong interest in software and a future career in product management.\nA patient, methodical approach to investigating and recreating problems.\nAttention to detail and clear written communication.\nCuriosity about how our software is used and the challenges users face.\nAn ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.\nA willingness to learn and ask questions.\nYou may be a student or recent graduate, preferably studying a relevant subject such as Business Information Systems, Digital Business, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science. We’re particularly interested in candidates who want to combine an understanding of software with user needs and product development. Previous professional experience is not required; examples from coursework, personal projects, volunteering, or other work are welcome.\nHelpful, but not essential\nExperience testing software, troubleshooting issues, or supporting customers.\nFamiliarity with issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or Trello.\nAn understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.\nBasic knowledge of browser developer tools, APIs, or logs.\nWhat you’ll gain\nHands-on experience in partner support, software testing, engineering collaboration, and product discovery, helping you build a foundation for a career in product management.\nWhere this leads\nWe are building this role as the entry point into product management at DisplayNote, and we would rather be specific than vague about it.\nAs you grow in the role, the things that move you towards a Product Manager role are: the quality of your documentation and your understanding of the issues you investigate, a growing understanding of our products and the areas they serve, and demonstrating that you understand user research and how to turn it into clear requirements.\nHow to apply\nSend your CV and a short note explaining your interest in the role to .
