contract\nGovernment project\nHybrid work arrangement\nAbout the ProjectYou will support key product enhancements including improving the HOPES clinical dashboard and mobile apps to support different care models, settings and mental health conditions; integrating the platform into existing clinical operations across IMH; and rolling out “HOPES Lite”, a self-guided, mobile app-only version of the care model for lower-acuity patients.\nKey ResponsibilitiesUX Research and Product Design\nPlan and conduct user research and usability testing with users, clinicians and partners.\nDesign user flows, prototypes and build-ready screens for iOS and Android.\nSupport roadmap features such as BYOD onboarding, mindline integration, the in-app content/CMS experience and partner-specific flows.\nDesign System and Delivery Support\nMaintain the HOPES/VitaOS design system in line with WCAG 2.1 AA.\nProvide annotated handoffs for developers.\nParticipate in sprint reviews to QA builds.\nProvide visual assets for stakeholder and marketing materials as needed.\nRequirementsExperience in UX research and product design, including designing user flows, prototypes and build-ready screens for mobile applications.\nExperience maintaining design systems and preparing developer handoffs.\nFamiliarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.\nExperience working on government projects or within the
