We believe AI will fundamentally transform how organisations operate, and we're looking for pioneers who want to lead this transformation, working at the absolute cutting edge of what's possible with today's most advanced AI technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\n Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software systems and AI-powered applications. \n Work across the full stack - frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Java) - to build performant, maintainable solutions. \n Mentor and support a small team of engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices. \n Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Product Managers to turn ideas into production-ready software. \n Drive technical decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability. \n Ensure high-quality coding standards and strong testing/CI practices are consistently applied. \n Guide deployment and operations in AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging Docker/Kubernetes. \n Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members. \n Stay current with emerging frameworks, tools, and patterns - helping the team evolve with industry trends.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n Extensive experience building and deploying production-grade web and software applications. \n Strong experience in React, TypeScript, and Python (Java optional). \n Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure). \n Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration. \n Experience mentoring other engineers and leading by example. \n Strong understanding of software architecture principles and system design. \n Familiarity with integrating AI/ML APIs or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus. \n Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.\nThe Mindset We Value:\nRelentless Innovation:\nWe're looking for individuals who are constantly exploring the edges of what's possible with AI.
