You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with engineering, procurement, supply chain, major work area across Fit-outs, commercial and construction teams to achieve project objectives.\nThis role requires a strong leader with extensive construction experience, a proven ability to manage programme, productivity, safety, quality and stakeholder relationships, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning and successful delivery of the fit-out component a major hospital (New Build), ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives are achieved.\nExperience in Building specialising in Commercial, hospital or medical research Projects.\nProvide leadership to immediate team including Engineers and Supervisors, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive a collaborative and high-performing project environment.\nTake overall accountability of the fit out of the project including delivery programme, productivity and construction planning activities to support successful project delivery.\nChampion health, safety and quality standards and ensure compliance across all project activities.\nCollaborate with engineering, procurement, supply chain and commercial teams to achieve project objectives and resolve delivery challenges.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders.\nMonitor project performance, manage risks and implement strategies to achieve successful project outcomes.\nComplete all construction planning and methodologies for assigned work element.\nTake the lead role in initiating bespoke outcomes to issues that would otherwise cause delays to programme.\nLead the team in implementing industry best practises for safety and quality across your assignment work elements.\nDevelop buildability strategies of the proposed design and develop design documentation to ensure quality expectations are achievable\nSupport and promote a culture and agreed behaviours in HSE and Quality by setting clear standards and acting as a role model to others\nPrepare/develop project specific Quality Management Plan in line with Company processes and procedures, including involvement in both internal and external audits.\nUnderstands Industrial Relations obligations, impacts and issues and contribute to resolution as requested.\nAbout You\nOrganised. This is an ideal role for someone ready to take on greater responsibility and impact.\nWhat You Will Bring\nDegree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.\nConstruction White Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.\nExtensive experience delivering major building, infrastructure or engineering projects..\nDemonstrated experience leading fitout, finishes and services integration packages within major construction projects.\nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, fitout methodologies, and programme management.\nExperience managing large multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and stakeholder groups.\nExperience working within Tier 1 construction or major project environments.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA track record of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality and risk management.\nWho We Are\nWebuild in Australia is comprised of Webuild, Clough and e2o.
